Key Requirements

• You are under 18, have lived continuously in the UK for at least 7 years, and it would be unreasonable to expect you to leave
• You are aged 18 to 24 and have lived in the UK continuously for more than half of your life
• You are 18 or over, have lived in the UK for less than 20 years, and would face very significant difficulties living in the country you would return to
• You have lived in the UK continuously for 20 years or more
• You were born in the UK to a parent who either has permission to stay in the UK based on their private life, or is currently applying for it
